To cancel your booking, please fill out the cancellation form on our website with your name, email address, and booking details. We recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any charges.

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply based on the service booked.

Yes, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow some time for the payment to reflect in your account depending on your payment method.

If you miss your appointment without canceling in advance, we will assume this booking as a no-show, and the deposit will non-refundable. Please do inform of us of any cancellations. 

You can reschedule, we just ask that you inform us in advance atleast 24-hours before your booking date. We will then check what dates are available for you to reschedule to, and if you're happy, we can go ahead and re-schedule to the available date.

Once you submit the cancellation form, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, please reach out to our support team to ensure your cancellation is processed.

If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or help you reschedule at no additional cost.
