To cancel or amend a booking, please fill out the form below.
All cancellations must be confirmed by us in writing (form, email or text message) to be valid.

1. How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, please fill out the cancellation form on our website with your name, email address, and booking details. We require submitting your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking appointment.
Please refer to Citizen's Advices guidance on your rights when cancelling or rescheduling your service.
2. Is there a cancellation fee?
All deposits are non-refundable; alternatively, you can request to change your booking date to the next available date and time. We understand that circumstances change, which is why we offer flexible rebooking options at no additional charge.
Our rebooking policy:
Free Date Changes: You can modify your booking date and time without penalty, subject to availability. Simply contact us at least 24 hours before your original appointment time.
Emergency Circumstances: We understand that genuine emergencies occur - illness, family situations, or urgent work commitments. In exceptional cases, we may consider alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
3. How long will it take to process my refund?
All deposits are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances where deposits are refunded and are applicable are in the instance of negligence on our end, or we were unable to secure your booking. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow some time for the payment to reflect in your account depending on your payment method.
4. What happens if I miss my appointment without canceling?
If you miss your appointment without canceling in advance, we will assume this booking as a no-show, and the deposit will non-refundable. Please do inform of us of any cancellations as soon as you can, but preferably within 24 hours so that we can free up the time for other clients.
5. Can I reschedule my appointment instead of canceling?
You can reschedule, we just ask that you inform us in advance at least 24-hours before your booking date. We will then check for the next available dates to reschedule to, if you're happy, we can go ahead and re-schedule to the available date.

6. Do I need to provide a reason for canceling?
We would greatly appreciate knowing why you need to cancel. This helps us improve our services and assist other customers better.
7. Is my cancellation request confirmed immediately?
Once you submit the cancellation form, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, please reach out to our support team to ensure your cancellation is processed.
8. Will I be refunded if my appointment is canceled by the company?
If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or help you reschedule at no additional cost.
