At ThinkSpace Removals Ltd, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness, a non-refund for deposits allow us to serve all customers efficiently.
We’re reserving time and resources, once a slot is booked, we are unable to cater to others that may have wanted that time-slot. We’ll incur planning and admin costs.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, however, this will incur a non-refund of your deposit.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows
If you cancel on the same day or fail to be present at the agreed location, a non-refund of your deposit will apply.
Booking Adjustments
If you need to change your booking time or date, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes free of charge when given reasonable notice.

All cancellations must be confirmed by us in writing (form, email or text message) to be valid.
To cancel your booking, please fill out the cancellation form on our website with your name, email address, and booking details. We require submitting your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable, alternatively, you can request to change your booking date to the next available date and time.
All deposits are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances where deposits are refunded and are applicable are in the instance of negligence on our end, or we were unable to secure your booking. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow some time for the payment to reflect in your account depending on your payment method.
If you miss your appointment without canceling in advance, we will assume this booking as a no-show, and the deposit will non-refundable. Please do inform of us of any cancellations.
You can reschedule, we just ask that you inform us in advance at least 24-hours before your booking date. We will then check for the next available dates to reschedule to, if you're happy, we can go ahead and re-schedule to the available date.
We would greatly appreciate knowing why you need to cancel. This helps us improve our services and assist other customers better.
Once you submit the cancellation form, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, please reach out to our support team to ensure your cancellation is processed.
If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or help you reschedule at no additional cost.
