What should I do to prepare for my move?
Make a list of your belongings, declutter items you no longer need, and ensure easy access to your home for our team on moving day.

Do you offer help loading and packing onto and off the van?
Absolutely! We tailor our services to your specific needs. Whether you want to handle the packing yourself or need our full team to take care of everything, we're happy to help. You can book just the van and driver, add one helper for loading assistance, or request our complete team for packing, loading, transport, and unpacking at your new location. Just let us know what level of support you need when booking - we're always happy to accommodate your preferences and make your move as easy and as secure as possible.
What if I need to change my moving date?
Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes and we'll do our best to accommodate the new schedule. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is for us to rearrange our bookings. For changes made with 48+ hours notice, we can usually reschedule without any issues. Last-minute changes may incur additional charges depending on availability and whether we need to rearrange other bookings.
Please note that weekends and end-of-month dates are our busiest times, so flexibility may be limited during these periods. If you've paid a deposit, this will simply transfer to your new moving date. We understand that plans change - whether due to property chains, unexpected delays, or personal circumstances - and we'll work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.

What services do you offer?
We offer residential and commercial moving and removal services, furniture assembly, and specialty item moving. Choose from Self loading options (no help) or a choice of between 1-3 men to help you load and unload your belongings into the van. All different load types are different prices, so please do check and confirm before making a booking

Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes, we are covered by Hire & Reward, Goods in-transit and Public Liability insurance to protect your belongings during transit for added peace of mind. All 3 types of insurances are in effect for safe guarding you and your belongings.
